You can use the Disk Utility application to format your drive. Once your Mac has booted from the USB drive, you will need to format your drive. Once you have created the bootable USB drive, you will need to boot your Mac from the USB drive. You can use the Terminal application to create a bootable USB drive. ![]() To install macOS Catalina on an unsupported Mac, you will need to create a bootable USB drive. This hack is not supported by Apple, and it may not work with future versions of macOS Catalina. If you have an unsupported Mac, you can still install macOS Catalina by using a hack. If you have an iPad and a compatible Mac, you can use Sidecar to extend your workspace. One of the best new features is the ability to use an iPad as a second display. The new macOS Catalina brings plenty of new features and improvements. To patch this out of the Zoom application, download and run the script located here, or here for later Zoom versions.Apple released macOS Catalina on October 7, 2019, and it is available for free. This is due to the latest Zoom versions requiring a Metal-compatible GPU for video rendering.
